Illoominus began to take shape

when our founder mapped the HR tech landscape. It was overflowing with point solutions. And none of those HR tools were designed to talk to each other.

Around that time, a massive wave of organizations publicly announced diversity, equity, and inclusion commitments. With an average of 16 HR tools each, many organizations launched DEI strategies without a data-driven understanding of the employee journey, leading to major gaps.

Then the so-called Great Resignation had HR teams racing to solve drastic attrition. Even HR professionals themselves were burnt out, and CPO and CHRO roles saw high turnover.

So organizations lacked continuity in their people strategy and were not achieving their objectives.

Almost as soon as Illoominus launched, our earliest customers that came to us for the DEI use case started using the platform for a wide range of initatives.
