While we always prefer to integrate directly with your systems so that you have realtime access and we support your data integrity. When this is not available, we can also integrate flat files and csvs.

We aggregate ATS, HRIS, Engagement, Performance / Pay data, which allows us to have a comprehensive view of the employee journey. We can start with whatever is most pressing and provide cross tool learning.

Our benchmarks are built from a proprietary dataset that combines publicly available sources (e.g., annual reports, workforce disclosures) with our own data enrichment. We segment this using 6-digit NAICS codes to ensure comparisons are against highly relevant peer groups.
We then fit benchmarks to your organization based on similar company codes, size, and operating model, and we’re happy to share the specific comparable companies during onboarding for full transparency.

• Employee count (monthly, including by level)

• Employee growth rate (overall and by department)

• Gross additions and departures

• Average tenure (by role and level)

• Location distribution

• Inferred revenue (including per employee)

We help to unlock your existing investment in Workday and can give advanced analytics at a fraction of the cost. In addition, our tool is built flexibly to support use cases (for example, with frontline workers) that would require expensive and time intensive customization within Workday.

We typically work with customers for at least a year through an annual subscription. This way, you are regularly reviewing data and have the chance to measure the impact of new initiatives. Our first customer is still a customer so many of our customers are longterm partners.

Illoominus stores aggregated and anonymized data and do not touch an organization’s personally identifiable information (PII). Therefore, we are GDPR compliant. This is important to us as a company as we ask for additional sensitive information from employees in geographies where there may be more sensitivity and we want to make sure the employees are protected. In addition, in the European context, we’re able to put in servers in EU through AWS.

Our goal is to bring down your time to insights. We usually get new customers within the platform within a number of weeks. Unlike many people analytics products on the market, we do not require any dedicated developer resources to implement.

We have direct integrations that are securely transferred.
• If you are sending csv/flat files: to send your data to upload into the Illoominus platform, we ask that you either send this data encrypted via email (password protected Zip file) or you use a tool that securely transfers data (this could be Box, WeTransfer, Dropbox, Google Drive).
• Data should be encrypted without Personally Identifiable Information (PII) on the customer side and will be transferred encrypted to Illoominus. This satisfies the encryption in transit and encryption at rest requirement. As a reminder, if you include PII, we will tell you and then delete it.
• When we say, “do not include PII”, we ask you don’t include the following data points:
First Name
Last Name
Physical Address
SSN
Date of Birth
Email Address
